Customize the columns that show for a Collection Widget in the administration

I propose adding an agent column to the testimonial collection page. This would be useful because it would allow admins to see who has the most testimonials, and allow them to take certain actions if needed.

Right now the Items table isn’t customizable but this is a great feature request. We’ll look into it more and see if we can work it into our development schedule.
