Add support for filtering Collection Widget Items by Item Attributes through the API

This would allow you to display a Collection Widget but filter the items that are shown by an attribute value.

Something like:

{ap_api:widgets:collection:view key="testimonials" attr[ATTRIBUTE_KEY]="ATTRIBUTE_VALUE"}
